Ethereal Ventures

Ethereal Ventures invests in new platforms and products built on blockchain. I was thrilled to create a series of illustrated portraits of the Ethereal team as they launched.

The process began with a questionnaire finding out about each team member’s role, philosophy, interests, and personality. One is an avid climber, hence the geometric wall hold shapes behind him (which also call to mind his background in hacking and “breaking things”). Another said her special skill was connecting people, which inspired the constellation-like lines surrounding her.
